The Platform:

- Does not provide advice or recommendations
- Does not execute transactions
- Does not manage portfolios or assets
All outputs are informational and analytical in nature.
2. No Advice; No Fiduciary Relationship
The Platform does not provide:
- Investment advice
- Tax advice
- Legal advice
- Accounting advice
- Financial planning services
Nothing on the Platform constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, endorsement, or opinion regarding the purchase, sale, holding, or replacement of any security or financial instrument.
No fiduciary, advisory, or client relationship is created by use of the Platform.
3. User Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use the Platform’s outputs

The Platform does not:

- Optimise outcomes
- Guarantee accuracy or completeness
- Account for jurisdiction-specific tax laws or rates
Past or historical analysis is not indicative of future results.
5. Exposure Similarity and Asset Comparisons
Where exposure similarity analysis is presented:
- It is based on historical correlation and related statistical measures
- Assets identified as highly correlated are not identical
- Differences may exist in index construction, risk, liquidity, expenses, and tax treatment

6. Scope of Supported Assets
The Platform may calculate realised gains and losses across multiple asset types provided in uploaded trade data.
However, exposure similarity analysis is currently limited to exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
The Platform does not assess or present exposure alternatives for individual stocks, bonds, or other securities.
7. Data Usage and Retention
By using the Platform, you grant Lumvest a limited, non-exclusive right to process uploaded data solely for the purpose of performing the requested analysis.
Lumvest:
- Does not sell user data
- Does not use uploaded data for marketing or profiling
- Does not use uploaded data to train AI or machine-learning models
Data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, software, methodologies, designs, and documentation are the intellectual property of Lumvest or its licensors.
You may not:
- Copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the Platform
- Use the Platform to build competing products
- Misrepresent Platform outputs as proprietary advice or recommendations
9. Availability and Modifications
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Lumvest may:
- Modify or discontinue any part of the Platform
- Update methodologies, thresholds, or outputs
- Restrict access for security or operational reasons
No guarantee is made regarding uptime, availability, or continuity.
10. Fees and Payments
Where fees apply:
- Fees relate solely to analytical computation and access
- Fees are not contingent on outcomes or results
- No refunds are provided once analysis is performed, except as required by law
All fees are disclosed prior to payment.

- Financial, tax, or investment outcomes
- Data inaccuracies or omissions
- Reliance on Platform outputs
In no event shall liability exceed the fees paid for the specific analysis giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lumvest from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your interpretation or application of Platform outputs
- Any breach of these Terms
